Amazing Architectures: Abijo Mosque — Lagos latest urban religious masterpiece.

Nigerian architects are taking their designs a notch higher.

The city of Lagos, Nigeria has been at the frontlines of urban and unconventional designs and architecture in recent years in the country. Quite a number of architects and firms have taken giant strides in conceptualization and building designs for most of the state of the art structures that fill up the thriving mega city.

One of the latest additions to the plethora of commendable structures in the state is the recently concluded Abijo Mosque, which sits on 700msq, located at Abijo Calle, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.

This profound religious architecture was handled and completed by Patrickwaheed Design Consultancy (PWDC), with highly commendable inputs from lead architect —Adeyemo Shokunbi, and design architects — Edith Ukagha, Abdur-rahman Haruna and Damilare Ogunsanya.
